IF YOU ARE A CHARITY

Raise the profile of your charity by affiliating to The Great Scottish and Wee Walks.

Your supporters can raise money on your behalf from one or more of the eight Walks throughout Scotland and you keep 100% of the monies raised. We will send you promotional material, entry forms and a wealth of ideas to help you make The Great Scottish Walks your major fundraising event of the year.

GIFT AID

Using Gift Aid means that for every pound you give, the charity gets an extra 28 pence from the Inland Revenue - helping your donation go further. Gift Aid allows the charity to reclaim the basic rate of income tax you've paid on the donation. If you're a taxpayer, this means that £100 can be turned into £128 just so long as donation are made through Gift Aid. On top of that, if you're a higher rate taxpayer, you can claim further tax relief on the donation in your annual tax return
