Royal National Institute for the Blind (RNIB) in conjunction with the Proclaimers is putting together a team of walkers – 84 in total to walk a total of 500 miles.
Craig and Charlie Reid from the band recently took time out to give their backing to RNIB Scotland's plans. On the day of the walk the team will be warming up with a Proclaimercise at the event and of course, Team Proclaimers wouldn't be complete without everyone wearing the duo's trade mark black rimmed glasses, so the charity are providing a pair of the specs to every member of the team.
