Over 500 guests attended the Great Scottish Walk Presentation Evening in the Assembly Rooms, Edinburgh on Monday 3rd October. 81 plaques were presented with the Senior Charity Cup going to The Clansman Pub from Fife who raised a staggering £15,000.

OVER £1,000,000 RAISED BY THE 2006 GREAT SCOTTISH WALKERS
A SPECIAL PRESENTATION EVENING FOR TOP FUNDRAISERS
The evening was to mark the achievement of all individuals / teams that had raised over £750 for their chosen charity. All top award winners were presented with a commemorative plaqueby Scotland's Health at Work, The Lord Provost Leslie Hinds.
Thanks again to George Watson Pipe Band who provided a warm welcome and ending to the to everyone in the Assembly Rooms. Special thanks to Scottish & Newcastle for their generous donation of beer.
